The challenge was to produce the finest filled free range egg omelette using no more than four ingredients.

You could almost smell the creative juices flowing in the room (that’s no yoke), the creations came in all shapes, sizes and flavours as everybody really got into the spirit of things. Sadly, like most things there could only be one well deserved first place but still all participants should be congratulated for their effort.
